I know winter JUST got here, but stores are already selling swimming suits and spring attire, so it's kind of hard not to get excited about dresses and skirts again. These are a few I am looking forward too. I plan on stocking up on maxi dresses (I will not worry about wind blowing up short dresses this summer) and midi skirts.
